Soft-sealed gate valve is one of the indispensable parts in industrial pipelines. The purchasing of soft-sealed gate valve is related to the operation of the whole pipeline system. How to select and purchase it correctly? The skill of purchasing soft-sealed gate valve lies mainly in the knowledge of the valve.
The main points of purchasing valves are as follows: ordinary valves can be selected correctly as long as they know the specifications and models of valves, connection modes, working media, standard requirements, operating pressure, operating temperature, sealing and material requirements. For special valves, such as valves need to know the setting pressure (i.e. take-off pressure), three-way valves need to know whether it is confluence or diversion, soft-sealed gate valves need to know the pressure before and after the valve, flexible soft-sealed gate valves need to know whether it is open or normally closed, and control valves need to know the flow data. There are two main points in the selection of pneumatic valves, one is the requirement of single-acting and double-acting, and the other is the selection of two-switch and adjusting types. Electric valves are relatively complex, but the main difference is also two points, one corner stroke or straight stroke, two switch type or regulation type.
