  Hydraulic control valve is a kind of water self-lubricating valve body, without additional oil lubrication. In the use of hydraulic control valves, attention should be paid to the selection of type. Improper selection will result in water and air leakage.

  When choosing hydraulic control valve, the drainage quantity of hydraulic control valve must be selected by multiplying the steam consumption per hour of the equipment by the large condensation water volume of 2-3 times of the selected ratio. Only in this way can the condensate water be discharged as soon as possible and the temperature of heating equipment be raised rapidly when the hydraulic control valve is in operation. The insufficient discharge energy of hydraulic control valve will cause the condensate water to be discharged in time and reduce the thermal efficiency of heating equipment.

  When choosing hydraulic control valve, the nominal pressure can not be used to select the hydraulic control valve, because the nominal pressure can only indicate the pressure level of the hydraulic control valve body shell, and the nominal pressure of the hydraulic control valve differs greatly from the working pressure. Therefore, the drainage of hydraulic control valve should be selected according to the working pressure difference. Working pressure difference refers to the difference between the working pressure before the hydraulic control valve and the back pressure at the outlet of the hydraulic control valve.

  The selection of hydraulic control valve requires accurate steam blocking and drainage, high sensitivity, high steam utilization rate, no leakage of steam, reliable performance, high back pressure, long service life and convenient maintenance.
