Compound exhaust valve is used in the high point or closed place of sewage pipeline. The pipeline can be dredged by eliminating the gas in the pipeline to achieve normal operation. If no exhaust valve is installed, the pipeline will be blocked at any time, which means that the outlet capacity of the pipeline can not meet the design requirements. Secondly, when the pipeline is in operation, power failure occurs, and negative pressure occurs in time, the pipeline will vibrate or rupture. The exhaust (suction) valve will quickly suck air into the pipeline to prevent the pipeline from vibration or rupture.
Principle of action:
When the sewage in the pipe is in operation, the valve valve valve stops at the lower part of the positioning frame for a large amount of exhaust. When the air is exhausted, the sewage enters the valve, the ball floats, the transmission valve closes, and the exhaust stops. A small amount of gas will be produced naturally when the pipe is in operation. These gases will concentrate on the upper part of the pipe, to a considerable extent, the sewage in the valve will decrease, the float ball will descend downstream, and the gas will be discharged from the orifice. Usually the main pipe size is 8-12 times the diameter of the exhaust valve. Therefore, in this case to ensure that the exhaust valve in power outage, pump outage when negative pressure float down, exhaust instantaneous inhalation of a large amount of air, to ensure that the pipeline.
The compound exhaust valve is installed at the outlet of Pump Po or in the water supply and distribution pipeline to remove a large amount of accumulated air in the pipeline, so as to improve the efficiency of water pipes and pumps. Once there is negative pressure in the pipeline, the valve can quickly inhale air to protect the pipeline from damage caused by negative pressure.
