  800X differential pressure bypass valve consists of main valve, differential pressure control guide valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro filter and pressure gauge. Through specially designed pilot valve control room, the pressure change signals are compared, the main valve opening signal is output, and the main valve opening is controlled, so that the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve is controlled at the set value. Its working principle is that when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve changes, the pressure difference between nozzle A and nozzle B changes, and the opening of the variable guide valve. When the pressure difference is large, the opening of the pilot valve is large, the amount of water discharged from the control chamber through the C pipe increases, the pressure of the main valve control chamber decreases, the opening of the main valve increases, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve decreases. Conversely, if the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve decreases, the opening of the guide valve decreases, and the pressure of the main valve control chamber rises, which reduces the opening of the main valve and increases the pressure difference of the main valve. This negative feedback effect stabilizes the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve at the top of the society. Pressure difference between inlet and outlet of main valve can be set by setting needle valve opening and guide valve spring pressure. This product uses hydraulic self-control, does not need other devices and energy, easy maintenance, widely used in high-rise buildings, living areas and other water supply network systems and urban water supply projects.

  Installation of differential pressure bypass valve

  1. The differential pressure bypass valve should be carefully loaded and unloaded. It is recommended that the valve be lifted by soft rope to avoid damaging the valve and piping and to protect the coating layer. The valve should be carefully lowered to the ground and not directly landed on the ground.

  2. Inspection before installation: After loading and unloading to the destination, first check and confirm according to the contents of the instructions, whether the piping is correct, whether the connection is reliable, whether the valve is damaged during transportation, and whether various parts are complete.

  3. Clean up the debris in the pipeline before installation, check the corresponding flange and valve's flange pressure grade, nominal diameter is consistent, in order to keep the pipeline unblocked.

  4. Two gate valves should be installed before and after differential pressure balancing valves for inspection and maintenance.

  5. The pipeline of pressure differential guide valve should be connected directly to the water supply and return pipeline to accurately reflect the pressure difference between supply and return. For convenience of installation and use, small ball valves can be installed on the induction pipeline.
