(Soft Seal) Elastic Seat Gate Valve has good sealing effect by using the deformation compensation effect of the whole gate glue, which overcomes the phenomena of poor sealing, leakage and rust of general gate valves, and has obvious advantages such as lightweight switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and service life. Characteristic:
1. Integral gluing: The gate of elastic seat gate valve adopts integral gluing, which has good covering performance and geometric dimension, and guarantees sealing performance and service life.
2. Light weight: The valve body is made of gray iron or ductile iron, light weight and easy installation.
3. Flat-bottom valve seat: (soft seal) The bottom of elastic seat gate valve is designed with flat-bottom valve seat which is the same as the water pipe. It does not produce sundries deposition and is reliable in sealing.
4. Corrosion resistance: The inner cavity is coated with epoxy resin to prevent corrosion and rust. It can be used not only for raw drinking, but also for sewage system.
5. Three "O" seals: (soft seals) The valve stem of the elastic seat gate valve is sealed with three O-rings, with small friction resistance, light switch and no leakage.
