  900 Turbine Soft Sealed Gate Valve is one of the commonly used shut-off valves, which is mainly used to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline. The gate valve is suitable for a wide range of pressure, temperature and caliber, especially for medium and large caliber pipelines. It is not corroded by fluid and the relative movement between sealing surfaces is small, and it is not easy to scratch. It is mostly used for medium and large caliber of low, medium and high pressure.

  For a long time, the common gate valves used in the market are often leaking and easy to rust. The soft-sealed gate valves manufactured by our factory by introducing foreign advanced technology overcome the defects of poor elasticity, fatigue and rust of the general gate valves. Soft-sealed gate valve uses elastic gate plate to compensate for micro-deformation, and achieves good sealing effect. The valve has such remarkable advantages as light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life.

  Product structure characteristics:

  Flat-bottom valve seat-Traditional gate valve often deposits in the groove of valve bottom after washing pipe with water. It is easy to cause water leakage because of the close closure of external objects such as stone, wood, cement, paper scraps and sundries. The bottom of soft-sealed gate valve adopts the same flat-bottom design as the water pipe, which is not easy to cause sundries to accumulate and make the fluid smooth and unimpeded. Integral encapsulation - Valves are made of high quality rubber for internal and external encapsulation. Domestic rubber vulcanization technology enables the vulcanized valves to ensure accurate geometric dimensions. Rubber and ductile iron valves are then reliable, not easy to fall off and have good elastic memory. Corrosion Resistance - The valve body is coated with powder epoxy resin, which can prevent corrosion and rust of the valve body and can be used in sewage system. It is not easy to break the traditional cast iron gate valve in the past, which is often caused by the impact, collision or overlap of external objects. As the valve body is replaced by ductile iron, this situation can be greatly reduced. Three "O" ring seal ring - Because the valve stem adopts three "O" ring seal ring design, it can reduce the friction resistance when switching, greatly reduce the leakage phenomenon and can replace the seal ring without stopping water construction. Help students drink - because the inner part of the valve body is coated with epoxy resin, the inner and outer surfaces of the gate are covered with rubber without rust or corrosion, so it can be used for raw drinking. Precision Casting Body - Precision casting is used for the valve body. The precise geometric dimension ensures the sealing of the valve without any finishing. Light weight - the body is made of spheroidal graphite casting, which reduces the weight by about 20%~30% compared with the traditional gate valve. It is easy to install and maintain.
