Y416 pressure-reducing and pressure-stabilizing valve regulates pressure and operates steadily. It is suitable for pipelines of water and non-corrosive liquid medium. This product can replace conventional zoning water pipes and save equipment in the cold and hot water supply system of urban buildings and high-rise buildings. It can also play the role of decompression and stabilization in the normal cold and hot water pipeline network. This series of pressure relief valves belong to direct acting membrane spring pressure relief valves. It mainly consists of adjusting spring, diaphragm, piston, seat, disc and other parts. The diaphragm directly senses the downstream pressure to drive the valve disc, and controls the opening of the valve disc to achieve the function of pressure reduction and stabilization.
Purpose:
In the case of branch and trunk roads requiring decompression and stabilization, the district water tank can be replaced in the cold and hot water supply system of high-rise buildings to realize the ideal water supply pressure in low areas.
II. Working Principle:
Hydraulic balance principle is used to make the relief valve closed to isolate the liquid medium at the inlet and outlet, and to control a low and stable outlet pressure, so as to realize the relief of static pressure.
In the open state of the pressure relief valve, due to the change of the flow area, the energy loss caused by the liquid medium passing through the valve port of the pressure relief valve can realize the pressure relief.
Debugging:
The commissioning of Y110 and Y416 pressure relief valves is as follows:
1. Static debugging:
A. Globe valve before closing valve.
B. Adjust the pressure relief valve lever counterclockwise and adjust the spring to loose.
C. Globe valve after closing valve and globe valve before slowly opening valve.
D. Slowly adjust the pressure relief valve regulating rod clockwise. Observe the pressure gauge behind the valve and adjust it to the static pressure value after the valve when the pressure gauge is needed.
E. If the pressure regulation is excessive, it should be re-adjusted from the beginning.
