High strength wedge filter is used in the filter core of the automatic sewage filter, and the filter core is cleaned automatically by pressure difference control and timing control. When impurities accumulate on the surface of the filter element, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet increases to a set value, which drives the backwashing mechanism. When the backwash suction cup mouth is directly opposite to the filter core inlet, the sewage discharge valve opens. At this time, the system relieves pressure and drains water. There is a negative pressure area between the suction cup and the inside of the filter core which is lower than the outside water pressure of the filter core. It forces some clean circulating water to flow from the outside of the filter core into the inside of the filter core, and impurity particles adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter core flow into the raft disc and discharge from the drainage valve. The specially designed filter mesh produces jet effect inside the filter element, and any impurities will be washed away from the smooth inner wall. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter returns to normal or the timer setting time ends, during the whole process, the material flows continuously and the backwashing water consumption is small, which realizes continuous and automatic production.
