H300X slow-closing check valve
H300X slow-closing check valve has novel and reasonable structure, reasonable application of hydraulic principle cybernetics, stable and reliable operation, large flow rate, fast opening and slow closing of disc, water hammer impact (adjustable closing time), good sealing effect, long service life, easy installation and maintenance. H300X slow-closing check valve opening and closing speed control, when starting or stopping pumping operation, can cooperate with the site to adjust the best opening or closing speed. It can be used in high-rise buildings to reduce the occurrence of water hammer and water hammer so as to achieve the effect of quiet closure.
H300X slow-closing check valve installation:
1. Install filter before slowly closing silencing check valve.
2. Attention should be paid to the direction marked by the arrow of the valve body in accordance with the direction of the flow. In order to facilitate maintenance, space should be left around the check valve.
3. Cut-off valves of corresponding sizes should be installed at the position where the water source is cut off when the check valves can be maintained.
Debugging of H300X slow-closing check valve: When H300X slow-closing check valve leaves the factory, the needle valve and control valve are all closed. When using the needle valve, the needle valve rotates two and a half circles clockwise, and the control valve (ball valve) opens half. If the phenomenon of water hammer is found, the small control valve can be fine-tuned, the large needle valve can be fine-tuned counterclockwise, and the phenomenon of water hammer can be eliminated.
