Flat-bottom seat
Traditional gate valves often deposit in the grooves at the bottom of valves because of foreign materials such as stones, wood blocks, cement, paper scraps and debris after washing pipes with water. It is easy to cause leakage due to the close closure. The flat bottom design of the lower part of the soft sealing gate valve is the same as that of the water pipe. It is not easy to cause the accumulation of debris and make the fluid smooth and unimpeded.
Overall glue coating
The valve plate is made of high quality rubber and covered with rubber. Domestic rubber vulcanization technology enables the vulcanized valve plate to ensure its geometric size, and the connection between rubber and nodular cast iron gate plate is firm, which is not easy to fall off and has good elastic memory.
Corrosion resistance
The valve body is coated with powder epoxy resin, which can prevent corrosion and rust of the valve body and can be used in sewage system.
