Flexible rubber joint, commonly known as flexible rubber joint, rubber joint, is a kind of hollow rubber products used for flexible connection between metal pipelines, which is made of natural rubber, butyl rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and so on.

1. Flexible single-ball rubber joint can greatly reduce the vibration and noise of pipeline system. It can fundamentally solve the problems of interface displacement, axial expansion and different concentricity of various pipelines.
2. According to different materials, flexible single-ball rubber joints can be made into acid, alkali, corrosion, oil and heat resistant varieties, which are suitable for various media and environments.
3. Flexible single-ball rubber joint material belongs to polar rubber, with good sealing, light weight, convenient installation and maintenance, long service life, but avoid contact with sharp metal instruments, so as to avoid piercing the sphere.
4. If flexible single-ball rubber joint is overhead with elastic bracket, bolts should be tightened diagonally when installed.
5. If the pipeline pressure of flexible single-ball rubber joint is too high, the flanges at both ends should be connected by limit bolts.
