Y200X Hydraulic Decompression Valve is an intelligent valve which uses the energy of medium itself to regulate and control the pressure of pipeline. It is used for water supply in living and industrial systems, especially in fire fighting systems.
The working principle of Y200X hydraulic pressure relief valve:
When the outlet pressure is lower than the set value, the pilot valve opens, and the pressure in the control room above the diaphragm is discharged to a small swim (the discharge speed is greater than the supplementary speed of the inlet water flow). The main valve seal linkage moves up slightly, which increases the outlet pressure to the set value.
When the outlet pressure is higher than the set value, the pilot valve closes, the pressure water in the diaphragm stop control room acts downward on the diaphragm, and the main valve seal linkage moves downward slightly, which reduces the outlet pressure to the set value.
