Hydraulic pressure relief valve is an intelligent valve which uses the energy of medium itself to regulate and control pipeline pressure. The working principle of hydraulic pressure relief valve is based on the pressure balance of two basic points.
1. The opening piston force exerted downward by the spring.
2. Closing piston force acting upward by diaphragm.
When the tap is closed, the downstream water pressure rises, pushing the diaphragm upward, and pushing the diaphragm upward, the piston closes the flow passage and stabilizes the downstream pressure at the set pressure value. The upward force of the diaphragm slightly higher than the tension of the spring can make the hydraulic pressure relief valve close quickly.
